Teaching Portfolio
Welcome to my teaching portfolio. As an art educator with a background in design and visual communication, my teaching philosophy centers on the belief that the art room is a space for both rigorous skill-building and profound Social-Emotional Learning . I believe that every student can master complex artistic concepts when guided through thoughtful scaffolding. To achieve this, my approach blends foundational fine art skills, such as observational drawing and color theory, with the principles of graphic design and creative problem-solving.
